Class of 1975 at Cornell Homecoming 2017
Quite a group of the Class of 1975ers joined President, Louise Vacca Dawe at the Tailgate tent for the Classes of 1970's. A good time was had by all.
A WORD FROM YOUR PRESIDENT
Greetings from Canada. Born in Queens, raised in Lindenhurst, Long Island, Cornell was my dream school. I was admitted, early decision. Never applied anywhere else!
My passion has always been gliding on ice, figure skating. I practiced my way to achieving U.S. Figure Skating Champion. Yes, if you attended hockey games your freshman year, I was, “the skater,” who skated between the periods of the games.
After graduation, married and have lived in the Toronto area of Canada ever since. Skip all the way to, we are retired!
My son is a very eligible bachelor who is living the life. My daughter’s two little boys, Beckham, 5, and Dylan, 4 give us great joy. They are already building their resumes for a shot at a spot in the class of 2030. Just kidding!
