To Our Northern New Jersey Cornell University Community:
We are honored to be named President and Vice President for the Cornell Club of Northern New Jersey this year!
The CCNNJ is a dues-free, alumni volunteer-driven organization. Our goal is to support Cornell and provide space for Cornellians in our area to connect with Cornell and with each other. We strive to create an opportunity for alumni, students and parents to stay connected to this amazing and unique university. As a club, we provide activities to network, learn and experience what Cornell has created with a group of engaged and intelligent alumni.
Our club has a long history of inclusive, in-person events, such as faculty speaker dinners, book groups, family activities, networking events, community service and many other social events. Since mid-March 2020, we have offered both virtual and in-person events and have kept the spirit going.
As a result of the hard work of our volunteers and the engagement of the alumni in our region, CCNNJ has consistently supported our own Scholarship Fund that provides approximately $9,000 annually in financial assistance to a local Cornell student. Please consider making a donation to help a student in Northern New Jersey!
Since CCNNJ is not a dues-paying club, it costs you no money to join!! You can attend events and/or help us organize them by volunteering with us. We have a passionate and dedicated Board and we very much welcome your participation! Lastly, please make sure your information is up-to-date in the Alumni Directory so that you can stay informed about upcoming events.
